The ambience is so cozy, you can feel relaxed here after driving for a while. The coffee is good, service is good. The parking space is big, maybe because it is located near the rest area exit. But the downside is the toilet water is yellowish, it is the same with the other toilets in this rest area, I hope the management can fix this problem.

Didn’t use to like this rest area because it always full with steep and winding roads inside the complex. But then I found this Starbucks which is so likable. The place is clean, all standard menus are available, plenty of seats, cold comfortable air-conditioning. So cozy

Located in the the rest area KM72, on the front part of parking area. There is a drive thru and parking spots right in front of the premise. Small oudoor dining area for smoking as well. The indoor airconditioned dining room is big and plentiful for group.

Last store before reaching Bandung area, best for you that need a short rest after ~2 ++ hours of traffic jams especially over the weekend. This is the place if you really want to enjoy the cafe and having breakfast without horrifying experience of another traffic jam when entering the rest area and trying to find empty parking slot. A pitstop between Jakarta and Bandung

This place is (almost) always a coffee stop if I go to Bandung as the rest area is quieter then KM 57.

The quality of coffee is the same as in other Starbucks outlets.

The indoor area is big while the outdoor is smaller conaisting of 6 tables.

What they need to improve is the serving time, especially in cashier. The cleanliness of rest room also needs...

Friendly and helpful baristas. Nice, clean store. But this visit gave a bit disappointment 😢. Bought a cake that was supposedly a buy one get one offering. Don't understand why barista didn't remind or offer the free cake. It's customer right to get the free cake. Was it for the store to get more revenue by selling the free cake? Has Starbucks...
