HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! NEVER AGAIN!
I donât usually leave bad reviews, but Warung Kopi Gunung truly deserves one. This place is an absolute joke! I ordered pisang goreng and waited FOR MORE THAN AN HOURâyes, you read that rightâOVER 60 MINUTES for a simple fried banana. When I asked the staff, all they could say was, âSebentar ya,â with ZERO explanation, no apology, nothing! What kind of service is this??
And when they finally brought itâafter I basically aged waitingâthey didnât even bother to say sorry! Just put it on the table like it was nothing. Ridiculous! This so-called warung is painfully mediocre, and the staff? Completely inattentive, like they donât care about customers at all.
Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. This place is NOT worth your...
Read moreThis is a nice place in terms of decor, setup and ambience. Unfortunately, we encountered customers with their local tour guides cutting queue. And this practice seemed usual, fully accepted by the restaurant's cashiers. In the end, we waited at least 30 mins in the queue as the cashiers were busy taking orders from tour guides who didn't need to queue up. We didn't want to get our guide to jump the queue. We considered going to another restaurant but our guide said other places will be packed as well. Not the best experience with such unfair queue cutting practice. In the end, we waited another 30-45mins for the main courses. Food was average. I would recommend this place if you have a lot of time to spare and if you don'tmind the queue cutting service provided by...
Read moreCame for a quick stop, so I didn't get the chance to tasted the main course.
As usual for a cafe, i came for a coffee for sure, so i tried butterscotch latte, the taste is fine, a bit more similar to salted caramel latte. We also order a fried cassava and an instant noodle (nothing beats a hot in**mie for a mountain's climate heheh)
The price is pretty affordable, really....if you compare it with a big brand cafe in the city or cafe with a mountain view around bogor. Around 20-35k for the coffee.
Overall....this migh become my favorite spot to enjoy a relaxing mountain ambience while sipping a cup of coffee (and a hot...
