21st House by Twentyfirst — Restaurant in West Nusa Tenggara

Cafe, coffee shop, or restaurant options in Praya are not as many as in Mataram. Despite living in Praya for more than four years, I personally haven’t had many place to recommend. Sometimes leave me craving for a refreshing and inviting space to unwind. I found this place from food delivery app when I was hungry but too lazy to move. I made several online orders few times, then one day my curiosity led me to seek this place with my work friend.

Twenty First house is located in Leneng, Praya. Nestled within residential area near the goverment offices. The concept is quite unique, in their menu, you will find there are 2 food brands merged in 1 place, that is Twenty First Burger dan Kedai Komasa.

The first time I stepped in, I felt like I was visiting an old friend’s home rather than a cafe. The yard where there are plants in wall is definitely make the ambience calm. There are 3 tables indoor, 4 tables in yard, and long table in terrace. I think they could probably host around 6 people inside, and 15 others outside. The outdoor is definitely my favorite spot, the vintage house architecture could trigger childhood memory like eating in grandma’s or neighboor’s terrace house.

They are serving Burgers, Chickens rice, Snacks and Beverages. For the drink, I got my usual Ice Americano. For the food, their speciality is burger. the portion size of the burger was satisfying. Additionally, the burger provided good value for the price. Their chicken rice is good to try too, my favourite menus are Chicken Rice Kungpao, Chicken Rice Sambal Matah, and Chicken Rice Sambal Korek. I recommend to direct order or dine-in rather than ordering via food delivey app, ‘cause there is big difference price.

I've been to 21st House several times now, and I'm always impressed. The food is yummy and affordable, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I love spending time here with my friends, and I've even started going there to work sometimes. The atmosphere at 21st House is very relaxed and inviting.
