Great Location, Poor Management!

Marina Restaurant in Kish Island has a beautiful location and a lovely atmosphere, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The staff here are poorly trained, and the entire place suffers from serious mismanagement.

While the food itself is good, the service is anything but. The staff seem inexperienced, inattentive, and overwhelmed, making the dining experience frustrating rather than enjoyable. You can wait forever to get a simple request fulfilled, and when issues arise, don’t expect professionalism.

The worst part was at checkout when they mistakenly added an extra dish to our bill. Instead of apologizing and correcting the error like any professional establishment would, they acted as if they were doing us a favor by removing the item we never ordered in the first place. That level of arrogance and lack of accountability is simply unacceptable in any decent restaurant.

Overall, Marina has potential, but without proper management and staff training, it remains an overpriced, frustrating experience. Go for the view, but don’t expect...

I have been living abroad for years and I came two times to your restaurant, both times very upset with the bad behavior of the lady with black hair ( on Friday March 25, at 10:20 am) standing in front of your restaurant. Once she said come between 10:30 to 12:30 for brunch , we showed up at 11:45 the next day and she said brunch time is over .when we said we were here to book last night and you guys said come over before 12:30 then she said our supply is finished . Then we went again the other day at 10:30 And she said we can’t serve in the patio since they don’t have enough staff and said sit inside !!!! What’s the reason to go to a sea side bar ? Seriously to sit inside ? She is not only very bad trained but also rude and rejecting customer while Restuarant was empty and she refused to let us seat outside in the patio . How come you got patio on a Friday morning and you don’t let people...

We had been regulars in this restaurant as We like the place especial outdoor seating it’s nice,cozy and quite most of time . food quality is just ok is not fine dining but dishes are over price. You can find better quality with better service and less expensive. the reservation service and front desk staff are rude and not professional. On my birthday, me and my fiancé went there and standing in queue for our table.they keep serving others because they are larger group of people. When I make complain the person in charge was so rude that We left the restaurant and haven’t back there since. We hope they change their management system because they will lose their loyal customers eventually.
