Nipper cafe resturant — Restaurant in Mashhad

Very beautiful decor, great for taking pictures. Food is okay, nothing too special, but the price is extremely unreasonable. It is so much higher than comparable restaurants in town, and it does not have anything to justify for the high price. Service is barely okay, the place had plenty of available seats but we were seated right by the register and it wasn't a comfortable table since staff kept surrounding us. The cups and plates were not clean. My cup had dirty finger prints all over, and the plate had some kind of dust like thing all over it as well. The floors were dirty and not mopped properly. It’s one of my favorite restaurants in Mashhad. I usually go there especially for their alfredo pasta. We arrived around 3PM, sat indoors, and ordered the food. After few minutes, they asked us respectfully to sit outdoors because they needed to clean the place because they will change the shift. Anyways, we sat outside and there were many bugs in there.
