Neshat Restaurant — Restaurant in undefined

Food quality is the reason for earning two stars cause it's good. Standing to get to cashier, terrible, no law, no one helps to organazie the queue. People will pass your queue while many are crossing the queue to get to another part. I got burgers and french fries last night. Burger part was nightmare. You had to give the receipt to the chefs, but they refused to take it, claiming there is no free space now, but I saw they took someone elses receipt, after asking them why do they differ customers they took mine too. It would take time for the burgers so i went upstairs to get the french fries. There was two men at the queue, i was the third and a women came behind me. 1st man got it. While second man was having his order another neshat's employee came out of no where and took the woman's reciept and started to give her order. Suprisingly after these two went they told I have to wait cause they are mo more fries now. What I'm trying to tell you is, I give zero point for managing and organizing such good business. The food here is supposed to have the most resemblance of what it is to be Turkish Kebab (Donar Kebab). I ordered it in two separate occasions. Once I ordered a takeout and once I had a delivery. I had a Sandwich Donar Kebab, whole beef, both times. The sandwiches are all made with the prepared meat in a prepared mix of fried vegetables such as fried mushrooms, in an open area. Not all the personals handling the food had gloves on, which I just wanted to mention, for people to know if they are concerned about such thing. My sandwich from my takeout experience, was very oily, which i wasn't able to finish it, I was full after eating 1/3 of it. My sandwich from my delivery experience was deviled to me after an hour of my order being placed, and it was not oily but it was dried up and super cold. The store offers its own sauces, which I found them ok, not spicy and nothing special. Overall, they were not consistent on the quality of the food that they offer, and my delivery experience was a huge let down. Therefore, I will not be purchasing food from this...

I had a great experience at Neshat restaurant, one of the best fast food places in Tehran. The restaurant offers a large variety of delicious dishes, such as doner kebab, chicken nuggets, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and more.
