Food quality was terrible. The steel scewer was so scorching hot that severely burned my hand. Waiter did not bring a few items that we ordered to our table. I saw the restaurant accountant at the counter giving his restaurant positive Google feedback and reviews. The guests at our next table were complaining about the service and the manager rudely replied: dont't you have problems in your own business? you should not complain this much about our service. The Tahchin we had here was unfortunately one of the worst Tahchins I’ve ever tried. I have experienced Shahrudi Tahchin in several restaurants and ecolodges in Shahrud, and it has always been a very delicious and tasty dish. But the Tahchin served here was not of professional quality at all. The rice was dry and seemed to be a mix of Iranian and foreign rice.
