Brentin Restaurant — Restaurant in Shiraz

They are not the best of all time but they are one of THE BEST INSIDE SHIRAZ. Food is great, Deserts are perfect. Hospitality is good, TRY THE DRINKS that blow your mind away. This was the worst restaurant experience of my life in Shiraz. The grilled chicken steak looked like something out of a horror movie. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Terrible customer service! They don't take reservations in Norooz Holidays...You should go there in person and write down your Name/info and walk around the neighborhood until a table becomes available and someone call you (It took 40 minutes for us). No waiting area... This is not the way of running a "fine restaurant"! BTW, No one answered the phone...
