You’ve got to have چلوکباب on a Friday afternoon—it’s a tradition. We went to this old spot that’s recently updated its look. The interior now feels much more grand and elegant.

Don’t expect top-notch service, but the food comes out fast and it’s delicious. We ordered a چلوکباب with 2 koobideh and one barg, plus a single portion of rice. It was more than enough for the two of us.

برای سفارش غذا سه بار زنگ زدم و متاسفانه با بی ادبی کامل گوشی رو قطع کردند، یکبار گفت دوباره زنگ بزن چون یه لحظه شماره را جا به جا گفتم، بار دوم وقتی ازشون خواستم که من فقط برای چند لحظه برای تعیین انتخاب سینه یا ران مرغ دارم از همسرم میپرسم گفت وقت ندارم و با بی ادبی کامل گفت ما وقت نداریم و گوشی رو قطع کرد ،وقتی هم مجدادا زنگ زدم گفتم این طرز رفتار بسیار بی ادبانه هست شروع به حرف زدن کر ود اجازه نمیداد که من حرف بزنم فقط حرف خودش را میزد وقتی هم خواستم که گوشی رو به مدیریت بدین ایشون گفتن مدیریت به من گفته که این کار رو انجام بدم متاسفانه حقوق مشتری همیشه در آخرین درجه قرار دارد و یا اصلا حقوقی برایشان قایل نیستند مورد توجه مدیریت که بدانند که چگونه با مشتریانشان رفتار می‌شود امیدوارم...
