This is a must see Traditional cafe, restaurant in the heart of Downtown Tehran right on the famous Vali-asr Street (old Pahlavi) just North of the central train station. This was one the very first traditional tea houses/restaurant which started around 20 plus years ago and at that time was a unique tourist attraction and a must see for all foriegn visitors because of the great ambiance and clean delicious traditional food (Dizi). At my most recent visit the place was still the same with lot of locals and variety of food selection but still uf you go there you should just try the "Dizi". One wird of advise try to get some extra cinnamon about a half teaspoon and added to the Dizi, as it would help with digestion and gas! Must see if you are into old traditional places and Huka! #letsguide

The food is out of this world! Delicious Persian Aabgoosht (sheep or calf meat slow cooked with beans and tomatoes all floating in a spiced soup) and Kashk Baademjaan (traditional roasted and peeled eggplant, mashed and served with grilled onion, curded yogurt, decorated with crushed walnut). Food is served with fresh Persian flat bread called Sangak. You can also have grilled chicken kebab served on flat bread. The staff is friendly, the decor is traditional Persian coffee shop. The atmosphere is perfect. Enjoy this once in a lifetime experience! A must see and eat!

It is located near the railway square and there is always a line at the entrance, but it doesn't take long and it's worth the wait. They serve delicious Daisy (Dizi) with herbs, onions, pickles, and yogurt, which you can enjoy and savor. The interior space is beautifully decorated with traditional Iranian elements, and you can enjoy the ambiance along with your meal. It is adorned with exquisite Iranian decor, adding to the overall enjoyment of the dining experience.

$$ Its an old and nice place. You will find Iranian traditional foods here. usually there are crowd of people here. and even waiters doing their best, you have to wait for a while to get the service and food but it worth to wait. Night time there is live classic show with singer and live musics. you will enjoy the place. If you are visiting Tehran, its one the places you have not to miss.
