Although they had run out of our initial choice, the Garlic and Steak pizza, we understood that it was likely due to its popularity and the restaurant's relatively recent opening, about 6-7 months ago. We opted for the Diavola and Bacon Demanzo pizzas, and we were not disappointed. The quality of the ingredients was exceptional, with the pepperoni in the Diavola and the cheese in the Bianco Diavolo standing out as particularly impressive. Each bite was a testament to the restaurant's commitment to authenticity and attention to detail. Given our positive experience, we have decided to make Fermento our go-to spot for Neapolitan pizza in Tehran. The combination of quality ingredients, skilled preparation, and a welcoming ambiance has earned Fermento a special place in our hearts . We highly recommend it to anyone seeking an authentic and delightful pizza experience in the city.

After a friend's recommendation, I decided to try this pizzeria for takeout. To my surprise, my order was ready in under 10 minutes. A beautiful young girl with the sweetest smile greeted me and handed me the pizzas. The Margherita pizza was delicious, with its flavors hitting the spot. However, a bit more basil would’ve enhanced the experience. On the other hand, the Magic Mushroom (Funghi) pizza, although visually appealing, lacked the expected flavor punch, coming across as a bit bland.

۱۵/۱۹/۱۴۰۳ برای ناهار اومدم و نان پیچ بیکن، پیتزا پپرونی و یه مدت پیتزا سفارش دادیم که همه گوشت ها رو داره، اسمش یادم نمیاد. غذا کلا دیراک آماده میشه اما لذیذه. اون پیش غذا خمیر نون بود که توش تیکه های بیکن داشت و خیلی خوشمزه بود. پیتزا پپرونی به نظرم عالی بود و توش از سوسیس تخمیر استفاده شده بود. پیتزا گوشت هم همه گوشت عاش. خوب بود. روش روکولا داشت. فقط سس تند ندارن که کمی عجیبه. همه اینها شد ۹۳۰ هزار تومن که برای یه پیتزا بزرگ و معمولی و پیش غذا به نظرم قابل قبوله. ۲۶/۱۱/۱۴۰۲ شب افتتاحیه رفتیم اینجا. هر چند شب افتتاحیه باید بهترین شب باشه اما نبود. اول اینکه برای ما قاشق و چنگال نیاوردن، وقتی گفتیم هم یه دونه آوردن. پیش غذا زیتون بود که با گوشت پر شده بود و سوخاری شده بود. مزه جالبی داشت اما چیزی نبود که دوباره سفارش بدم. پیتزا هم مارگریتا و بیکن سفارش دادیم. خمیر بد طعم نبود اما کلفت بود. پنیر خوبی استفاده شده اما در کل پیتزا در نیومده. مواد خیلی خیس بودن و کلفتی خمیر باعث شده بود روش خیس بشه. اینها همه شد حدود ۷۰۰ هزار تومن که قیمت کمی نیست اما معقوله. هر چند کلا خوشم نیومد اما یه شانس دیگه میدم و دوباره میرم.
