Hizomix Burger — Restaurant in Tehran

I recently dined at Hizomix with my family and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. Given the premium prices, I expected much better quality and service, but unfortunately, neither lived up to the hype. First and foremost, the claim that their burgers are cooked on a firewood grill is a complete scam. When I ordered my meal, I noticed the grill was completely turned off. This deceptive practice is unacceptable and leaves a bad taste in the mouth before even taking a bite. Speaking of the food, the burger I had this time was a far cry from the one I tried when they only offered takeout. It seems that since introducing dine-in service, the quality has significantly declined. The patty was dry and flavorless. Roughly 30% overpriced while serving the burger Without anything on the side this place raises the expectations but fast preparation and service are the things that must be pointed out, just like the beautiful environment which is filled with instructions in white on dark backgrounds giving you ALMOST every information you will need from the moment you enter the place until you are done with your meal. Cool music, bar, kitchen, plants, and paintings on the wall are other points of their interior design worth being mentioned. Me and my friend were having our burgers when we suddenly saw the entire staff go on their lunch break and sat infront of us behind the cash register eating gheyme with doogh. what gets worse is that i believe the store manager was also having gheyme at a table right next to us. Very unprofessional and dissapointing, so sad that we still dont know thr basics. You could see the waiters take a bite from the gheyme then come and stand next to us. Also, when the chef finished his food, didnt even wash his hands after. I mean i didnt have to see all of this!
