One of the best places there is. It's a chef restaurant and the foods are served with their original recipe and style, which is rare in Iran. No ketchup with pizza is allowed. The menu is full of innovations and new things to try. The chef is quiet creative and does his own take on the recipes as well. He makes burgers "his style" with new additions such as wild plum instead of cheese and pickles. Which is amazing. Every food I take is a taste festival in my mouth. There are a lot of mmmmmm moments. Its one of the places that I keep missing it quickly and keep going again, and take my friends there. * They have daily dish which they announce on their instagram stories. So check it out Definitely try salisicha pizza, burgers and plum, kebab pot pie, sour chicken taco, rosemary tonic Among their daily dishes, steak, roast beef, pumpkin soup are the best. (Best beefy steak I ever had) * If you like to try new tastes and new food innovations, definitely go. But, * If you like everything in it's good old style, like burger with cheese, tomato and pickles, definitely avoid going here. You won't enjoy it. šŸ‘‰ It's a chef kitchen which means chef rules. Yes there are odd and new foods in the menu. Yes, they're tasty. No, they won't cook the food your way, just because you didn't read the menu closely.

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Armin Milani’s kitchen since it was just a modest space in A.S.P towers, and it’s been incredible to watch their beautiful growth over the years. Tonight, we indulged in their Fillet Steak with Green Pepper Sauce, paired with their signature Chopped Salad. The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned, truly a highlight. However, I was hoping for a bit more from the sides—while the mashed potatoes were decent, they were slightly lumpy and lacking in seasoning. As for the salad, it was serviceable but didn’t quite impress. I was expecting more layers of flavor and complexity. We wrapped up the meal with Lemon Soda and Tea, which were pleasant but nothing to rave about. While I would highly recommend Armin Milani’s kitchen for special occasions or business meetings, it might not be the best choice for a casual, everyday meal, pretty expensive!

The curry dish didn’t taste anything like curry; instead, it tasted more like tomato paste. The chicken was extremely dry and seemed like it was cooked separately. Other meals I’ve tried were much better in taste. They also mentioned that they serve special lunch dishes every Thursday and Friday from 12 to 4 PM, but by 3 PM, everything was already gone, even though we had a reservation. It felt like the booking meant nothing, showing just how busy they are. Nowadays, most restaurants in Tehran are full, but the quality keeps getting worse. I hope international restaurants will be able to open in Tehran soon, so local places can learn how to properly prepare food and offer good service to customers.

As someone who loves food, I've had my eye on Vitrine Kitchen for quite a while. Their fun and fearless approach to food always caught my eye. So, I was excited a few moths ago when I got to check out the restaurant in person with my wife and our three-year-old.

Stepping in for lunch, we were greeted by a cool, open vibe and loads of sunlight through the big windows. The tables were neat and had plenty of space around them, which made the whole dining area feel comfy and relaxed. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. They didn't have a high chair for our little one though.

When it came to the food, we decided to go for four different items on the menu. We started with the pizza Margherita, a classic that's always a good test for any kitchen. Next up, we tried a fusion dish, the kal-joosh calzone, which sounded pretty interesting. The main course was the special of the day, a pasta dish called pappardelle, and to wash it all down, we ordered a rosemary tonic.

The pizza Margherita was pretty good-looking, with a nicely charred crust that gave off strong Neapolitan vibes. The crust was nice and thin in the middle. The tomato sauce was super simple and fresh, which I loved. But, the mozzarella didn't quite hit the mark for me as it wasn't as stretchy as I'd like. All in all, I'd give the pizza a 4 out of 5.

The kal-joosh calzone was a surprise hit. I loved the roasted eggplant and caramelized onion toppings; they really worked well together. This dish was a great example of fusion done right, and the flavors were spot on. It definitely deserves a 5 out of 5.

Next, the pappardelle dish didn't quite live up to the hype. The pasta was overcooked, which was a letdown. The white sauce tasted a bit undercooked and didn't stick to the pasta properly, which was a bummer. Plus, the ā€˜bacon’ was overseasoned, which kind of took over the dish. The fact that it was also pretty pricey didn't help either. So, I'd have to give it a 1 out of 5.

The rosemary tonic was refreshing but came out a bit warmer than I'd prefer. The flavor was still nice though, so I'd rate it a 3 out of 5.

Considering everything, I'd say my overall experience at Vitrine Kitchen was decent but had its ups and downs. I'd give it a 3 out of 5. They've got potential for sure and did some things really well, but there is lots of room for...

Restaurant decoration is quite nice, staff are polite and properly trained, food presentation is good but the food is tasteless and pricey. We ordered bacon pizza, bacon was chewy, some Iranian chese which made the pizza super salty and overally it was not palatable; burger with Ricotta chesse, the patty tasted like fried minced meat, it had no spice or onion, the burger had no sauce only a teaspoon of tasteles green sauce was laid in the plate; it reminded of my mother's homemade burgers which tasted 100 times better but we never craved them; fish Kufta also had not much taste either. Exiting the restaurant I noticed some old and wrinkled yellow apples that were being used as garnish. If you are ino artificial posh places which pleases eyes more than the stomach you might like this place but there would not be a second visit for me. I'd rather spend my hard earned money somewhere else which makes my...
