Disappointing Experience at Rose Restaurant

I had high expectations for Rose Restaurant, but unfortunately, my recent visit left much to be desired. While the food was decent, the service, particularly from the captain, was far below the standards expected from an establishment of this caliber.

The captain’s attitude was rude and dismissive, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for our group. Not only did they fail to address our concerns with professionalism, but their lack of courtesy was quite shocking. We felt unwelcome throughout the evening, which significantly detracted from our dining experience.

It’s unfortunate that such unprofessional behavior overshadowed what could have been a pleasant meal. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue, as no guest should leave a restaurant feeling the way we did.
