Cooldown Cyber Cafe — Restaurant in Baghdad

Cooldown is the first E-Sports CyberCafe that I see in Iraq. Top-notch hardware, stunning gaming scene setup, friendly and helpful staff, relaxing atmosphere. It has literally everything that you would want from a CC with its various sections ( PC Master Race, VIP Rooms, Cinema room, VRs, Consoles, Board games, Cafe). Although it could be a bit busy at times so until a PC or a Console is available the staff usually asks us to either wait at the bar, or that if we'd like to sit at their cafe. We enjoy the beverages in this place, so if you go there be sure to check them out ;) and their prices are very suitable considering Cooldown's location. The place gets loaded and the staff sometimes isnt enough for the large number of people that may have issues at the same time so some requests get put on hold, which could be a con to some but I'd say its very understandable. Worst experience, I went for the ps4 section of the cafe but since it was full me and my friends were told to wait in the coffee section for our turn by the cashier , we sit on one of the table and one of staff comes and gives us a tablet telling us she will come to take our order she disappeared for a good 30 minutes so I had to go to the cashier by myself to place my order he send the same staff again to take our order since we were their mainly for the ps4 we ordered one expensive hooka to pass time till we get our turn. The staff rudely tell us she won't take our order because we are four people so each of us have to make a separated order or we have to leave since it's the Cafe policy. Out of all the gaming cafes in Baghdad, this is the most professional one. The area is really clean and good for families. It is also quiet, there’s no yelling or disruptions from other customers. The staff are very hospitable and strive to meet all your needs. Anytime we had any concerns or computer related problems, the staff made sure to take care of it right away. They were extremely friendly and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. The computers also run really well, there’s no lag at all and they have a wide selection of games and platforms to play from. The equipment is also brand new, no slow or broken parts.
