Vallhalla Restaurant — Restaurant in Baghdad

Not a good experience, Only been here due to all the advertising on social media but the food was less than good and not to mention the awful customer service. The place was so dark inside that I thought for a second it’s one of those shady places. It was in the afternoon, and we were going through the menu and whenever we ask for something with lamb, they would say we don’t have it, only chicken. We ended up with eggplant rolls, they brought a Kabab with eggplant slices we told them that’s not what we ordered and we even showed them the photo but they insisted it’s the correct order and they had changed the recipe few days ago! We told them why you didn’t say that when we ordered because this completely a different dish! They insisted and refused to replace and backed it in a to go box for us so we ended up paying for the wrong order. I also had chicken liver and it didn’t have any pomegranate molasses. Even the tea was not that good....

I went with my family it was amazing, the food was absolutely delicious , when i say delicious i mean 5 stars meals , it wasn’t the cheap of course but the food was worth it, LETSSS first talk about the appetizers , it was amazing the fevers and the small details with everything , the hummus was very very good , the cheese rolls were great, now to the main dishes, ok i would five the beef stroganoff 10/10 it was great well salted the meat wasn’t dry , very juicy and well cooked , the rice that’s comes with it was very nice , the veggies omg my favorite part it wasn’t too boiled which is very good bc it’s soft but not too soft if u get what i mean , the steak was absolutely delicious but i would give it a 7.5/10 ? Bc it was a lil bit dry but the mashed potatoes were omg very very nice , now the dessert , i ordered the fondant it was amazing the ages has this amazing coffee taste and inside fill with milk chocolate which was...

The place has its pros and cons. Starting with the pros, it has nice decorations, food was delicious and the park was free which is rare to happen now days. The cons are the following, the service was pretty slow, it took them way long time to bring the food, get the check, clean the table and even bringing the sweets yet it wasn’t crowded. The food was served cold not even warm although they took 20-30 minutes to serve it. Everyone there can take your order not only the waiter. They need to hire more waiters and workers because when we needed them they were nowhere to be found. There is 3 menus one they give it to you the other one has to be scanned and the third one is inside the workers mind ( means they memorize it) not yet uploaded to the last 2. The utensils were smelly. The prices are a bit high because with a limited mains it should not be this high. Overall not...
