Visit date: February 16, 2025 - Dinner Location: Sarchnar - Sulaymaniyah Parking: Only valet parking available. Design: Normal, nothing to be noticed, the layout of tables are close to each other and you can easily overhear people talking. The restaurant tend to be a bit dark in general. Service: In general the service was quick and up to standards, the place is clean. The staff were respectful and responsive. The food comes in order as expected. Food: I order Ivy Salad (3.5/5.0) which I liked, The Ivy burger (2.5/5.0) and the meat was a bit dry which was not to my liking. Price: for the salad, burger, cola, and a bottle of water, I have paid (25,000 IQD) which is approximately (USD 17).

Overall, the restaurant is more appropriate for friends gathering, couples, and someone who is up for a drink (booze). Try it if you like these vibes and some...

Nice place and set up, however the service is absolutely terrible. I've visited Ivy on three occasions and during every visit the staff have let them down - slow and careless service. Today was the worst (leading me to write this review). We arrived at 11am to have breakfast there, as according to their menu, starts from 10am. After sitting and waiting for almost 20 minutes to be acknowledged, we asked if we could order. The person by the bar very casually replied "you'll have to wait, as the staff have not arrived yet". At which point we decided to leave and go elsewhere.

A direct message to the owner - Please don't let your inexperienced staff ruin the reputation of your place and bring down...

It was an amazing experience having dinner in this beautiful place in Suli. IVY is easily one of the top restaurants in Suli when it comes to atmosphere, food, and staff members. The waiter was really friendly and welcoming. The cheery on top is their food, I have to say that was the best beef steak meal. Sometimes restaurants give up one of their factors (food, service, or atmosphere) to achieve the other two, but IVY had them all!

However I do wanna say that those electric wires passing infront of the balcony might cause an incident if an unfortunate accident happens. I hope the owner puts that under consideration.
