Media Saray Restaurant & Cafe — Restaurant in Duhok Central Subdistrict

My recent experience at Media Saray Restaurant & Cafe was, unfortunately, far from satisfying. The first notable aspect was the pricing - shockingly high for what was ultimately a dismal culinary experience. Each dish carried a hefty price tag, promising a gastronomic delight that simply wasn't delivered.

The food itself was a major letdown. From the very first bite, it was evident that taste and quality had taken a backseat. The flavors were dull, almost as if the ingredients lacked any freshness. It felt like a series of reheated meals hastily put together without attention to detail or taste. For the exorbitant prices charged, one would reasonably expect an explosion of flavors, but instead, it was a disappointing descent into mediocrity.

Moreover, the lack of variety and creativity in their menu made the already steep prices even more unjustifiable. It seemed like an attempt to pass off ordinary dishes as something exceptional simply by inflating the cost.

The ambiance, which might have compensated for the lackluster food, was mediocre at best. The atmosphere felt stale, lacking the charm or character that one would hope for in a dining establishment.

Overall, my visit to Media Saray Restaurant & Cafe was a regrettable one. The combination of overpriced, flavorless food and an underwhelming atmosphere made it a dining experience I wouldn't wish upon anyone seeking a delightful culinary adventure. Disappointing on multiple fronts, it's a place I won't be revisiting...

I was told that this places is really good But it wasnt good at all.

Food was not What we expected and what was in the menu list wasn’t in real. Hade mix and liver was horriable and dry, good chicken shinkebab but small portion. Funny part was that we didn’t ordered appetizers/starter But yet er got and we were charged for. Not good at all.. there were alot of servants But know one Did What you ask for.. we didnt got everything at the same time …

Btw this was my first time a But yet I won’t recommend and wikk absolutely not good…

You'll come to see great decor, fancy cars, and a good atmosphere. You feel like you're gonna have the best food of your life. You open the menu to see that most foods cost more than 20K. That's fine if it tastes good...... But the food is so bad. So tasteless. Who even makes their food??? How hard can it be to get a good chef?

I've asked many people, some of them visit this place regularly. They all say the food isn't that good and they'll say choose "specific food" because it's the most decent one.

Look, if you want good food, there's other options, this one doesn't excel.
