Burger King — Restaurant in Cork

5 of us called here today..the time we were in there was nobody ordering or eating burger king food..Went to counter didnt get a smile or hello, only card or cash..i said card. immediately her hand raised and pointed to a machine behind us. None of us ever used this maschine before..and i couldnt find half of the orders i was asked to get.. the girl stood there talking to her friend ,when she could have offered to help us find what we needed. In the end we decided to leave.. i cannot understand why card payment is not accepted at the counter.. As the outlet was so obviously quiet, it would have been a nice jesture to offer help. Clearly staff here are not trained ,that or they just couldnt care less if they make a sale or not. Why take this work position if you have no interest in what you are doing. Wont...

The food here was the standard Burger King fare and was quite tasty but the sit down area left a lot to be desired. Several of the tables were not cleared off and the floor needed to be swept and washed. Typically there was a sign on one of the tables saying that it has been cleaned and sanitised but there was left over food and empty drinks cup on it. Needless to say I won't be rushing...

The food has been good (for fast food) and the staff is always very quick and pleasant. Waiting for your order can be a bit chaotic depending on time of but they do have a display with order numbers ‘in preparation’ and ‘ready for pickup’. They also have 3 touch panel order kiosks...
