Please note, if there was an option for no stars that would be my choice. Myself and my colleagues frequent here at least 3 times a week for the last year and a half, during the college term and purely because it is the only option on this side of campus. The food service is honestly ridiculous, without fail everyday there is an issue with our orders. The system totally fails, we are given numbers upon ordering and paying for food but the numbers correlate to nothing, as most of the day you will see waitresses wandering around with paninis asking tables if they ordered any. Orders are frequently mixed up or forgotten entirely and we have never been compensated for any mistakes. You are dancing with the devil choosing to order food here as you never know what is going to come out of the kitchen, as the same dish can be completely different every day of the week. The floor service is really bad at the moment, it is really mixed up, you don't know whether it is served or self serviced, they serve sometimes, they don't serve most of the times, there are 5-6 waiters/waitresses walking around at a time and it seems their job is to clean tables with grumpy faces, they really avoid you so that you wouldn't ask a coffee or something. Several times they asked if we wanted coffee now or after the dinner, we said, those coffees never came, what's the point of asking now/later if you're not going to bring it all. At least ten times paid for coffee which never came, after 2 times I even stopped asking second time because they make you feel really awkward for this kind of things. They had some nice staff which are not there before, they brought back some grumpy "I hate this job" type of girls they got rid of before. It seems the management keeps changing all the time bringing their good and bad traits...
