Supermac's Donegal Service Station — Restaurant in County Donegal

Standards are slipping. My family and I eat here regularly and it's great to have a Supermacs in the town, but no less than the last 6 times (in a row) that we've eaten here, our order has been wrong in one way or another. Missing items, small drinks with large meals, burgers requested plain come fully dressed, etc. Worst part is, on the last 2 occasions I was directly served by a supervisor and the orders are still not right. Can't expect junior staff to be diligent with orders when supervisors are making the silliest of mistakes. The food is always good, but the standard of attention to detail really needs to...

i would like to mention the lady with short dark hair who was working the opening/morning shift on the 23/12/20 in your donegal shop, I am so annoyed at myself that i didnt get her name. I cant stress how much she made my morning with just her simple pleasantries. it was just after 6am and i had just left my family to travel to galway for work over Christmas. I stopped for a quick fuel up and a tea and was in the worst mood. once again i stopped here and they are short of chicken breast (this seems to happen a lot here ) i asked for snack box with 2 breasts in it with large chip and drink with no ice, i was told for second breast it would take extra 12 minutes or i could have a breast and a wing which i said ok to as i had been on the road for 16 hours and was getting tired and hungry. when my food was dropped down to me it was like a baby's portion of breast and a leg and my drink had ice .
