Supermac's Monksland Athlone — Restaurant in County Roscommon

My partner ordered online through the supermacs app and for some reason the order was changed during checkout which we didn't notice until she got home since it was only 2€ difference. The collection time was supposed to be in 20 minutes however when she landed she had to wait another 40 minutes for the food, it would be understandable that its busy however the girl at the till was very unpleasant about the mix up. My partner tried to resolve it and told the girl that it wasn't what she ordered however all she got back was "you ordered online?" and once she replied was handed the food and the girl walked off completely ignoring the fact that the order was mixed up. The most ironic thing about the situation is that there wouldn't be any issue at all to pay extra to actually get what we wanted since it was just one adults meal that was changed to a kids. If you're thinking about ordering from this supermacs I recommend thinking twice about it as it doesn't seem like the staff are properly trained to deal...

Food is as would expect from Supermac’sstaff are kind and courteous.

It’s an awful pity that Google Maps did not outline - this is just the petrol station with supermac’s food counter.

There is nowhere for my son (Bluebadge holder) or myself to sit down ..

Was on the road from Galway back to Dublin. Don’t get me wrong. I’m a country guy at heart that’s why I chose S’Mc’s well used to eating in the car but it would’ve been nice to have been notified.

Had we got seats and had access to toilet facilities to break the journey …

So please post on Supermac’s website that there is no seats at this place and on Google...

I got a snackbox here yesterday evening after having a long day, but little did I know that I'd regret it. I got the smallest bits of chicken I ever saw in a snackbox, and chips either stale, undercooked or both. I was wondering why the young guy was picking through the chicken pieces...now I know, he was fishing for the smallest ones. I will be watching my snackbox being made next time, but never will get one here again. First and last.

Update: I provided all the details a week ago and also asked if I would be reimbursed, but I had no answer. It goes to show,...
