The Waterfront Bar — Restaurant in County Roscommon

Arrived late to the Hudson Hotel and unfortunately missed our opportunity to eat at the restaurant. Luckily we found the Waterfront Bar. The staff were very polite and were able to accommodate us quickly. The restaurant was clean, the staff was professional, and environment is perfect for a date or family.

We ordered two desserts, crème brûlée and the oreo cookie brownie with salted caramel.

The crème brûlée was well done with undertones of raspberry and the sugar topping fired up to perfection. The Oreo cookie brownie tasted like it was made by a chocolatier.

Meal was only meh. Staff were very nice and accommodating. We booked for 4 people but were sat at a 2 person table with 2 chairs brought over to us that they had to go around asking for. Very squashed at the table which is fine for walk in but we had it booked. Food was all around only meh. I got the pizza which was straight out of the lidl frozen section.
