I didn't get what I ordered, this wasn't the first time, I have been at this kfc a few times now and whenever I get takeaway order is wrong in one way or another, this time was the worst which made me want to leave a review, i ordered a 12pc boneless bucket and instead got a 6pc original bucket, i looked inside the bag to make sure they got my sides right, I shouldnt be forced to look into the bucket when im trying to take a 2 hour trip back home from sligo.

It was as a good experience, nice food. The place is usually crowded and it does have enough parking places. Usual waiting time for each order is around 10 minutes. You can select the order and pay by using the payment machines near to the door, the same will generate a bill with the order number. As KFC is an established business, I would expect a display where it mentions the order numbers instead of employees saying it.

Visited KFC sligo today and had a very disappointing experience. The chicken was not cooked properly, which raised serious concerns about food safety. On top of that, the taste was terrible — completely lacking the usual KFC flavour and freshness. Honestly, it was a horrible experience overall. Definitely not what you’d expect from a global food chain. I hope they seriously look into their quality and hygiene standards.

This restaurant can be hit or miss. Sometimes you get hot and fresh food. Other times you just know its been thrown together and is only lukewarm! Today I ordered the new Buffalo Tower meal. The guy taking the orders was not very friendly. It seemed to be an inconvenience to him when I said what I wanted to order. He never said Hello or any greeting just "what can I get you" abruptly as soon as I got to the drive thru order point. The burger was so-so. The cheese wasn't melted. It wasn't piping hot like it should be. The lettuce and sauce was OK but for 10.95 for the meal should be better. The chips were fine and the drink. I forgot to scan the App (QR code) at the drive thru where you can play the game to win free food, but that's my fault. (I probably wouldn't want to inconvenience the guy taking the orders anymore anyway!) Not sure if I can still play the game as I still have the receipt? I probably can't now? Anymore, I think I'll just go into the restaurant and order on the kiosks for takeaway and forget...

Went to the KFC yesterday. Was very disappointed that they didn't have the trillogy meal no more, so I treid ordering Kernell Sanders Special which they also didnt have. I ended up ordering a Rice Box instead, which took AGES! Wee Kurt Cobian lookin fella who served me was quite polite I have to say. The food I got really didnt look at all like what was advertised on them screens you have to order on for some reason. I noticed they had forgotten the sauce when I got home. Tried ringing the place up about it through the number displayed on Google but nobody EVER seems to pick up at that place. Experience really could...

Went to drive through one car in front one behind and three people inside sitting. Got to window after placing order to be told that it will be a thirteen minute wait. The server was very rude and the only answer i got was you can have the food or a refund. No sorry or anything or even a excuse. I think its the first time they have been ‘busy’. She proceeded to roll her eyes as i asked why was i not informed of this before i ordered. Her appearance was not the most hygienic as she had face peircings and kept touching rubbing them.
