Apache Pizza Sandyford — Restaurant in Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown

Disgusted at the lack of customer service from this “restaurant” We waited two hours on our delivery, having phoned the restaurant I was assured it would be with me shortly. Ten minutes later I received a call from their delivery driver informing me she was outside with my order. I went out to meet her and she was shocked to discover she had just given my order to somebody else!! I rang the restaurant to explain what happened and they were unapologetic and said they’d send another order right away, having waited two hours already I declined and asked for a refund. Manager again insisted the order be remade and sent down to me, after some back and forward on the phone he told me to get onto just eat for a refund! Fuming, hungry and 40 euro down, avoid this place...

Worst Customer Service in the area, have been waiting a long time for my delivery, then I got a call from the restaurant, blaming me in a very rude way, that the drive was outside and they couldn't reach me because I have a foreign phone number (german). I said that im awake of that and I only get the annoyed answer of the Lady "Yeah that doesn't work, you can't do that" like, sorry, am I not allowed to order with them of I have a forrign number. There's no sign on the App that you can't have a foreign number. I went outside and was trying to find the driver, no sign. I call the restaurant and they just say yes, that's because you have a gate. He can't come in. The gate was open when I arrived, the driver just didn't want...

I tried the Cajun Chicken Pizza from Apache Pizza recently, and it really delivered.
