Hello everyone, This is the picture of pizza that we ordered from firehouse a day back. It is clear that one slice is either cut or replaced, which is seriously not acceptable especially in this scenario of COVID. This is clear case of contamination which is a serious matter of concern. This is the very first time I have experienced such an awful service from any restaurant. And the worst thing is I didn't even get a proper reply from the restaurant nor from Just eat, inspite of mailing. I'm heading towards a complaint to HSE. Looking forward for a solution to the same and hoping no one gets into the same situation.

Good place for a takeaway. Quick service, 10-minute wait upon payment of order. The pizza toppings go all the way to the edge which beats the more expensive lousy ones I previously had at a fancy restaurant. 7 bucks for a 9inch with 2 toppings and a drink is not a bad price. Ducked 1 star for the nice atmosphere because I believe fast food should have a visible kitchen to the customers. Hot out of the oven and if we didn't stop at the convenience store on the 10 minute walk to our room, it would still be hot and tastier.

I’ve always been a big fan of Firehouse, in fact it was my favourite delivery pizza. Hopefully just a bad day at the office, but I ordered two pizzas from them today, when both arrived they were soggy and over doughy. No crispness or firmness to the base at all, and it made for a very unpleasant eating experience. Overly chewy and soft Update: Firehouse kindly reached out and I’m looking forward to ordering from them again soon.

Ordered my pizza at 20.30 with an estimated delivery time of 21.20. No sign of the food at 22.00 so I call in and the admittedly friendly guy on the phone says its left the shop and will be with me in 10 minutes or so. At nearly half ten I get a call from the driver asking me to let him into a completely different address. I explain to him we are are and at twenty to 11 cold pizza is delivered to my door. I am told the reason for the delay is because it's my fault for giving them the wrong address and eircode. Funnily enough if you put the eircode and address on my order confirmation into google maps it puts a pin perfectly on top of where I live and it even gives you a handy little street view thumbnail to work with. The pizza wouldn't be bad if it hadn't arrived cold. Appalling...
