My family and I are loyal Willow Tree patrons for the past 20 years. We're happy that the original owners have retired. They truly deserved it. If you've never been here before and want to try it, definitely come by for dim sum, which I believe runs from 10 am - 2 pm. And it's the type of dim sum where carts come by and you pick what looks good (as opposed to other places where you're given the menu and you write how much of each dish you want). You can also order from the regular menu.
The dim sum is pretty much the same as it was before, and just as delicious. The only thing we were sad about was that they don't offer the sweet sticky rice anymore. But we were happy to see that some of the dim sum have been modernized, like the mango pudding. It was good before, but the one I had recently (now that it's Ocean Garden) had a softer texture and brighter mango flavor.
It's more spacious inside now that they took away the buffet area. It's also brighter too. Service is still top notch.
Looks like my family will continue to dine here for at least...
