Absolutely phenomenal service! I ordered delivery online to come to my hotel, but had a bit of a snag with delivery service due to being unable to add the country code for my phone number (US number). However, I called the restaurant number and I got an answer even though I was calling after the posted restaurant hours, and apparently the driver was unable to reach me when they arrived (which is completely my fault and I should have waited in the lobby), but the driver went ahead and left the order with the hotel receptionist (they even had a surprise slice of cheesecake in the bag!). After checking with reception the driver had waited for quite some time before resorting to leaving it and hoping I would come; needless to say they went far above and beyond to ensure I was able to receive my food and I am sooo happy I was able to and I can now say I have had a “kebab” (a very different thing here than what we have in the US) and it was absolutely amazing! My wife tripped and fell hurting her knees and wrist due to a step down into the dining area that wasn't sign posted nor clearly marked. This is dangerous and we informed the staff and I believe the owner that it should be properly marked. My wife had a nasty fall, injuring her and upsetting myself and our children as well as ruining the end of a nice day out to see Santa. I'm very disappointed with the lack of response from the staff at the time, they seemed very unconcerned with my wife's fall, more concerned with trying to make excuses.
