I was out with my friend when we were dropping off some one at Rosslare Strand. It was almost breakfast time and he told me there is a nice place just behind the garage on the main road. I was in mood to gobble so we ended up over here fairly quickly. On first impression it’s looks like a quaint small place with wooden interior. There were a handful of people there but it was surprisingly quiet and mellow in here. The host who attended us and the server were both courteous and very good. They had a smoothie of the week with apples, cranberries, bananas and one more fruit, can’t remember, I ordered that. Along with it I ordered a basic sandwich with eggs, veggies and cheese. The smoothie was fresh and had such a delightful flavor that it made my day. Sandwich was fulfilling, just the way I like it. I also ordered a bagel with salmon for takeaway which I took around the evening at home. I have never had a such a satisfying experience eating bagels like this one and it was filled with layer after layer of smoked salmon. At the given price tag, they are offering a lot more for your buck. A bit away from the main town but it’s a worthy...

really like this place but very disappointed not to be able to book a table .. I wanted to bring 6 friends out to lunch .. but they wouldn't / couldn't reserve a table for us (asked two days in advance) .. so I could hardly just turn up and 'hope' that there would be room .. they said that we could 'hang' around in the farm shop (all six of us in that very crowded little shop) and wait if there wasn't a table available when we needed one .. but that does not seem practical , its not a very nice way to start a birthday celebration and we'd also just be getting in the way of customers and staff in the shop .. so I will probably have to rethink our plans and go somewhere else for the birthday lunch etc .. Such a pity as its a nice little place which would have been perfect for a 'girls' Wednesday lunchtime birthday party lunch out, a couple of bottles of wine and a chance to catch up and chat. Please have another think about the table...

Best breakfast I've had in quite a while. Everything was cooked to perfection. I ordered the full breakfast and it surely made my tummy happy 😊 Everything was fresh and not oily. The service was spectacular. The particular day I was in was very busy but the staff worked very well under pressure and were polite and very helpful. We waited a few minutes for our table and I tell you please do wait for your table because the food is worth the wait!! I am looking forward to going back again in the future. The restaurant is beautiful very countrystyle and really makes the experience even better as it's cute and cosy. The shop itself has a range of organic food. PROPER FOOD. Nothing like you see in the shop. Overall I was very happy with how the service went and how the food taste. I highly recommend as it's all...

My friend and I were driving along and she said stop I nearly crashed the car . She said this place Karoo is fantastic we must have lunch here . I walked in Clint welcomed us in a very friendly fashion I asked was it dog friendly 🐕. Clint said yes and we followed his to a comfortable covered well sheltered seating area. The service was excellent. The food was out of this world . Nicely presented and plenty of it . Coffee and mint and orange truffles hand made by a local lady . They complimented the coffee and teas after . The atmosphere is fun, rustic and lots of beautiful plants . Well designed. They have home made scones cakes 🍰 and bread 🥖 for sale in the shop. With lots of other nice goodies 😁🥰

The best food in Wexford. We had been in Wexford for a few days holiday and were tired of having the same old plastic food for breakfast every morning. We decided to see what all the hype was about Karoo Farm shop and paid a visit. The reviews are 100% correct and accurate. It’s a quirky farm shop with store cupboard products like pasta, sauces and relishes for sale. They have chilled charcuterie and cheeses and have a fabulous home baked counter. I can see now, why people travel for miles around the area to shop and eat there. It will now be a regular stop for us whenever we are in the area. Spotlessly clean and and roomy with a super outdoor dining area. The coffee is delicious too.
