Very good food. We had the Lamb Shank and the highly recommended Salt and Chilli Chicken. Service was excellent - Alice was personable, helpful with food recommendations, and didn't 'overstay' at our table. She was knowledgeable about the local area, too. Fantastic meal was recently had here with my partner. Burger in brioche bun was spot on and chips were delicious. Grated carrot side salad provided was surprisingly tasty also. Garlic mushroom side was also a treat, whilst my partner also really enjoyed her pepperoni pizza. Great pint of Coors light was had here too. However, my partner's glass of coca cola was flat. We had been going here for the best part of fifteen years, every time something would go wrong and each time I would say we'll give it another chance to redeem themselves but this was the last time we will darken its doors.
