We - a family group of 7 Adults & 5 Children - made a booking on Tuesday afternoon August 16th for that evening. From the moment we arrived we felt totally at home. Very welcoming and the place had a nice homely feel. Once I got over the fact that there was no Moretti on Draught - take note Heineken Area Rep - we settled into our evening. Lovely Guinness and all tastes catered for. The Fish & Chips for the Kids was a big hit. The Adult's food likewise especially the Chicken in Breadcrumbs with Pepper Sauce on the side 😋 Not one person had anything but great things to say. We cannot forget to thank all staff for their 5 Star 💥 service ! We left after about 2 and a half hours a very happy family ! Can't recommend this place enough. However, be mindful, we were fortunate to get a booking at such short notice 😯 In...

Arrived here today for food without reservation. Staff were vey accomodating. Food was absolutely excellent especially the "Fish & Chips", which was beyond doubt the best I have had in a long time. Fabulous atmosphere within. Very welcoming and super efficient. My partner had a vegeterian dish and was also very pleased. Had a sherry trifle for desert and without negativity I would suggest that the chef gave it another shot from the bottle. Otherwise it was perfect. I suppose you cant please everyone. Overall a very enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend this establishment. Prices are excellent and we most certainly will be back. Hope they always maintain this standard. Hard to find a place...

A very nice pub restaurant with traditional Irish decor. They have indoor as well as outdoor seating. The indoor seating have huge TV screens and were screening the horse races at the time. The staff was very cooperative and were able to accomodate us nearing the close of lunch service. The food was lovely. We had the lamb leg roast with mash and veggies, chicken goujons with chips, and the Trifle rhubarb dessert. The chicken goujons were hot and crispy, and absolutely scrumptious. The dessert portion size is huge, and dessert was tasty. Food service was quite nice. The prices for main course are a little bit on higher side. Overall a very good...

Honestly the best beef roast I’ve ever eaten, thick cut of meet with gravy that was so tasty. Had the potato and leek soup to start which was a special. Delicious food, service was great and a friendly pub - had a lovely pint of Guinness too !! Wel be back - great work chef and bar team!

Thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic food, the great service and the warm welcome. The set up for outdoor dining caters for all sorts of weather conditions; there are seating areas in the sun and really well sheltered options too, very impressive.
