Hillbilly's Fermoy — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Fermoy

Always pop in here when I'm down that way and have always had a great experience. Today I had a terrible experience. The cashier was extremely rude and didn't listen to what I was saying. I ordered 2 large meals and she gave me medium. I ordered 2 curry sauce and one exploded everywhere in the bag because of how she packed it. Unfortunately I didn't have time to go back and complain as I was on my break. I'm always nice and polite and would suggest she gets retrained on customer service...

Kind of place when you haven't been for a while you rave about it but you go again a week later and it's a bit meh! Chicken always tastes slightly undercooked or as my son describes it, "wet." It's not undercooked but I wonder if I asked them would they fry it a little longer or in the oven? Not sure how it's cooked. Would just love it a bit crispier, just a little bit more cooking. Won't be revisited...

For a place where chicken is a core element of its brand this location seems to run out of it a lot. It has happened to me multiple times now. They either don't have any or they have to cook more which when you want fast food is not what you want to hear. I can cook food from scratch at home!
