We had a truly unique and beautiful experience at the Dizzy Goat while in Ireland. The proprietors are a husband and wife couple who clearly love offering beautiful and delicious food made from whole ingredients. The goat cheese salad was a standout - made from their own goat cheese. We shared our entrees (one fish and one Irish beef) and couldn't decide which one was better as they were both amazing. The menu emphasises farm to fork quality organic ingredients with a low carbon footprint. there is an excellent selection of starters and mains I especially enjoy their delicious goats cheese dumplings. Read moreWe had the most wonderful evening at the Dizzy Goat restaurant for a special occasion. The atmosphere was made even more magical with beautiful live music, set against the incredible backdrop of the Comeragh Mountains and the glow of the evening sun – we truly felt blessed.
The food was simply outstanding — both the starters and mains were delicious and as for the dessert - wow, with a fantastic selection to choose from. This is the kind of dining experience people travel to major cities for, and yet we’re lucky enough to have it right here locally.
