McDonald's — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Tullow

Very poor service worse experience I have ever experienced at Mac Donald Carlow round about . I made food order this evening the machines didn’t provide the order receipt so I reported to one staff She checked for me and said she will call me when ready I stood there like a fool for awhile waiting patiently after awhile I decided to approach the lady again , she obviously forgot by her face expression she rushed and asked another lady and the order was left aside for long time so when she gave it to me I opened my chips which were very cold so I said to her I can’t take cold chips to get me fresh one she contacted the supervisor who brought me the same bag of chips I was so disappointed and told the gentleman to please give me fresh chips I can’t take them it took few min b4 he handed me 3 bag of chips instead of 4 I was very frustrated at this stage pick my bag of food and left when we got home with my family to open the bag 20 chicken nuggets were missing and I large burger was not packed Very disappointing especially for my small kid who were looking forward for their Mac Donald Sunday treat Poor management very slow ...

Never again stopped over on way home from visiting in hospital yesterday and the food wasn't nice at all. We sat in and the tables were filthy it's the first time I have seen customers having to clean up before they can order. Bins were over flowing that I had to ask for them to be emptied. First complained to girl at desk who was full of apologies but then went to talk about it in public few to colleagues. Got told by manager they weren't insured to clean up but yet we had to grab spray and tissue from top of bin to clean table. And witnessed other customers cleaning their own areas. Worst MC Donald iv ever went to ask member of staff to get a high chair for me as had my hands full with 4 kid on my own she she basically rolled her eyes came back and slammed the high chair against the table there was no fizzy drinks available and had to pay extra for different drink because drink that is meant to come with the meals wasn't available because it's all machine order I couldn't raise this with anyone as any of member of staff when I brought this to their attention just shrugged their shoulders as in not there job not their problem, after waiting 25 minutes food was cold even coffee was cold will not return to this...
