We recently held our wedding BBQ at the Tankard Bar and Restaurant and it was nothing short of spectacular. Julianne was incredibly supportive and helpful in organizing every detail, ensuring that our special day was perfect. Her dedication and attention to detail made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. The staff at the Tankard were also amazing, going above and beyond to accommodate our guests and making everyone feel welcome. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options that satisfied all of our guests. However, the highlight of the Tankard is undoubtedly the setting. The natural beauty of Tralee Bay provides a stunning backdrop that adds a magical touch to any event. The picturesque views and serene atmosphere made our wedding BBQ truly unforgettable. On the 26th of Sept. I went for my birthday meal to the tankard and I can’t praise them enough Lovely staff , AMAZING food and excellent atmosphere. Toilets were spotless and the restaurant is fabulous For our meal - I had the hot / cold sea food plate and it was extremely delicious , my dad has the “steak of the day” which was fillet steak,he said he really enjoyed it , my mom had the chicken stuffed with black pudding which also had mash potato and chicken skin on the side and my moms friend had the chicken with garlic butter, she said it was very delicious and would definitely get it again ‼️After we had finished eating we decided to go to the bar and a lovely member of staff accommodated us at the snug lounge and it was lovely and comfortable, a table a single seat and a corner couch I had a fabulous pink gin and lemonade and the others had a Bacardi and coke, whiskey and coke and a club orange Highly recommend...

We recently had our Wedding at the Tankard. It was one of the best days ever. Julianne is incredible. She was so helpful and supportive in organising everything with us to ensure we had a brilliant day. The staff were so attentive and friendly, all our guests felt so relaxed. The food was just amazing, we are still getting calls about how good the food was. The pergola was just perfect for our service looking out onto the bay and the mountains.
