The Miznon — Restaurant in Dimona

Ok...You know what they say about the best restaurants are sometimes the most unassuming, well The Miznon was no exception. Located in a small (but large) fully vegan community in Dimona, I didn't know what to expect when we sat down to eat. We were greeted by a few lovely people who spoke perfect English and Hebrew with a southern U.S accent. Right then and there I knew we were in for an amazing meal. Even though they don't typically have very many G.F options on the menu, they were quick and happy to accommodate my partner and made her this incredible tofu dish and a potato/carrot salad. I had a bunch of (as they called it) "battered things" that were out of this world! They also served up a Quiche that was more of a spinach and cheese bagel and I am pretty sure I am going to be dreaming about that thing for the rest of my life.
