My recent visit to this place was an absolute disaster. Upon arriving, I was informed that only hummus and tajini were left. Fine, I thought, and reluctantly ordered. But the shocker came when I was handed a flimsy, pre-made plastic take-away plate. Who knows how long that plate had been sitting there, waiting for an unsuspecting customer like me? Wonderful, fresh, delicious food. Good vibes, clean, open air setting. Self service, but the people at the counter are lovely, full of love and positivity that you seldom find in the city. It's really worth the drive, both for the hummus and the experience. הגעתי לאכול היום במקום, אחרי מספר רב של פעמים שאני אוכל שם ומרוצה אך היום מאוד התאכזבתי. הזמנתי 2 מנות חומוס גרגירים עם טחינה וגם מנת צ׳יפס גדולה. על הלוח הירוק רשום ציפס 15/25. המוכר ביקש מבעל המקום לשים בשמן "מנת צ׳יפס גדולה לשבת". קיבלתי מנת צ׳יפס בגודל של קערת קורנפלקס ב-25₪ (זוכר בדיוק איך נראתה מנת צ׳יפס גדולה שהיו מוכרים בעבר). כשפניתי למוכרת ואמרתי לה שהזמנתי צ'יפס גדול ב-25₪ אמרה שכעת מדובר על גודל אחיד. ציינתי כי המנה מאוד קטנה אז בעל המקום התערב ואמר: "אתה לא חייב לקחת את הצ׳יפס אם אתה לא רוצה". לא ציפיתי לכזה שירות בטח ובטח שאני לקוח קבוע, אין בעיה שבעל המקום רוצה להרוויח אך לא לשכוח להעניק כבוד כלפי הלקוחות שמצביעים ברגליים ומשלמים במיטב כספם. אפשר גם לשמוע אותם ולהיות הוגנים. בנוסף קיבלתי פיתה אחת עבור כל מנה (כל מקום אחר נותן 2). בסה"כ שילמתי עבור 2 מנות חומוס, 4 פלאפל וצ׳יפס קטן 109₪. לצערי לא אחזור יותר...
