Terrible experience. We came to eat lunch there in the middle of a work day. We knew it might take some time and therefore came earlier, at 11:55, and immediately ordered our dishes. We even looked at the clock and it was exactly 12:00. After 20 min we see that all the tables around us, that were empty when we came, got their dishes. A bit confused, we turned to our waiter and asked about our dishes. He answered they're coming. We waited for another 10 min and after some more complaining, we got the first course. If I may say, the avocado in my sushi wasn't ready and had a bad taste (but that's not the point). We waited some more for the main dishes and got more anxious (especially because I had a meeting at 13:00) and asked to talk to the manager. When the manager came, he was absolutely convinced there's nothing wrong and apparently we're only waiting for 25 min since the order was put in the computer at 12:10 and of course they did everything right and everybody gets their order in time and by the order of arrival. Clearly, he was wrong and we've been waiting for more than 40 min and all the tables around us that came after us, got served before us. He kept saying their policy is to bring food after max of 25 min and refused to acknowledge we've waiting much longer. We were so angry, we stood up and left. It was 12:45 and I got no time left to eat. What made me most angry is the manager's stubbornness and the lack of ability to admit they did wrong. I'd never go back there and I wouldn't recommend anyone...

I returned to Israel after 7 years in NYC. I had a crave for Thai-ish food and decided to try Giraffe. I must admit that I didnt have too many expectations from reading the menu but I was hungry. Sadly, I found out that even my low expectations crushed on the rocks of great disappointment. It was just bad. I am still feeling bad from the food. I had the spicy noodles and my wife the spicy tofu pad thay. We shared one sushi roll. Lesson 1: dont order sushi from a noodle joint. lesson 2: Girrafe an Israeli take on a mix of far east cuisines. A bad take of a worthless mix. It turns out pretty bad. Bottom line: not recommended....

A nice rrstaurant. The place looks nice and and colorful, the service and the waiters were nice and friendly and came fast to our table. We got the food fast and it was warm, looked good and smelld very good too. I took the very spicy meal and it wasnt too spicy, but it was. Overall the meal i took was very good ind i loved it very much. As a frink i took orange juice, and it wasnt good.. the orange juice was bitter! And after eating the spicy meal i had to drink somthing but the drink was not good. Overall the experience was nice and i...
