I'm almost tempted to leave a bad review and trash the place so it doesn't become overly popular and expand over the next year while losing quality, but I'll be optimistic and brutally honest instead.

I wish I could vote for the burekas for prime minister, because I have nothing bad to say about it, and I could never see this burekas causing people harm or to lose their minds.

This place truly has come closest to perfecting the national greasy salty breakfast pastry - the burekas. I didn't ask what they put in it, but I'm pretty sure they're butter based. That might just be the secret to making the pinnacle of burekas. Not just that, the spinach filling was creamy and satisfying - no bitterness or overly salty cheese.

Anyway go there, get a spinach and cheese for me. I'm sure the other flavors are just as good or potentially better, just need another excuse to visit Modiin and...
