I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rashta, and I must say that it was a truly delightful experience. The food was exceptional, with a wide array of dishes to choose from. I was able to sample the Musakhan, Shish Barak, Fukhara, Sienia, and Knafe, each more delicious than the last. The small portions allowed me to savor the many flavors and textures on offer, without feeling overly full. The prices were slightly higher than I would have liked, but the culinary delights on offer more than made up for it. The restaurant itself is nestled in a quaint village, adding to the charm and ambiance. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff were attentive and hospitable. In short, Rashta is a gem of a restaurant, offering mouth-watering Palestinian cuisine in a delightful setting. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to sample the flavors of this beautiful region.

What a great experience! Even though I live in israel I’ve never had anything even close to the food here. It was a very unique experiences with flavors I haven’t experienced before. Great use of spices, everything was perfectly seasoned, yet the food wasn’t too overwhelming in tastes. Lots of Sumac, Za’atar, yoghurt, and somewhat sour tastes. Do not miss the Sinia for starters, the Shish Barak for main and the Knaffe for dessert. They also have great black coffee of course. Note that the restaurant does not serve alcohol at all due to its Muslim owners.

Very good food, great atmosphere, and friendly service. We had the Fattoush Salad, and Stuffed Garden Vegetables as starters, and the Sienia, Okra, and Fish Fillet (pictured). All tasted great, but the Sienia was a bit chewy. We also had the Knefeh for dessert, which was great and not too sweet.

Last night we came to Reshta for a family celebration, with high expectations after reading some flattering reviews, and unfortunately we were very disappointed. Apart from a general disorder and lack of knowledge of the staff regarding ingredients of the served dishes, the food was served occasionally with too long pauses to each of our party members, so that one of us didn't get her dish even when all of us nearly finished eating, so we had to cancel this order. Then, the food was far awzy from being tasty, the beef casserole was full of fat, although the waitress had said it wasn't. I ordered a typical dish called 'Siniya', which should be consisted on minced lamb meat covered with Tahini and baked in an oved. Instead I got some lamb meatballs sprinkled by 'decoration' of symbolic Tahini. The staff was friendly but not efficient. I'm sorry but I wouldn't recommend this restaurant unless you have low...

what a bad experience. We came as a group. The food is served in small portions and high prices. Nothing was fresh. The food tasted processed, old and reheated. bad tempered server girl was terrible. We sat outside, the floor broken with pot holes. This looks like a greenhouse turned into a "restaurant" very ugly and not appealing. We expected fresh local ingredients and received bad tasting food that tasted old and reheated. Beware of the false advertising. We reserved a table for the group but the arranged a small tale which could not accommodate the group. We asked to add a small table and finally the brought an additional broken table that kept rocking. Some if the chairs were broken as well. Bad food and...
