Nafis — Restaurant in Petah Tikva

I went to eat at this place with my friends (we were 6) yesterday (Friday evening) there was a long line and a long wait 42 people in front of us (but that's not their fault ) when we were called to come because we were next in line and needee to come in , they didn't let us in and let other people in and we had to wait an additional 10~15 minutes just to enter, then we ordered our food , the food was great and the setting was amazing, but the service is why I give this place a 1 star , we received a horrible service and were ignored most of the time , we had to actively flag down a writer multiple times to to get noticed , then when we were finishing, a waiter came by and took a plate with some desert still left on it without asking that my friend were still eating from , then after all that another person who works there approached us and demanded "nicely" that we pay more tip because we didn't reach the minimum amount, I would have payed 0 for tips because all this, I don't recomand anyone eating there if you want to wait for hours and get horrible service or get approached to pay up if you didn't pay enough tip...

The worst branch of Nafis I’ve been to! The food is tasty like at other branches (even though I’ve noticed a price increase). The service though was terrible: Sitting at our table for about 15min, no waiter/waitress approached us. I had to make a sign to call upon someone from the restaurant, he said he would get a waitress to our table, that didn’t happen. I told that same person a couple of minutes later, so what’s goin on, he said he’ll ask again. Still no sign of a waitress. I had to make a sign for a waitress who happened to pass by who hadn’t planned on stopping at our table to finally take notice on us being there and finally taking our order. When we finished our meal we went through the same procedure to get our bill. At some point we noticed all the waiters have sat down to eat. At that point we started really getting upset so I stood up and went to pay straight at the counter. Obviously a tip was out of the question! Thanks for ruining our night out at...

We went to Nafis to have a family gathering and celebrate a few events. Although the place was new and looked nice in the pictures the reality was a total mess. We ordered some starters to share but we didn't get any plates for them, the drinks took forever to arrive . We ordered wine and got the bottles closed without wine glasses. The food was mediocre at best ( even the ones that once were the "house special"). The guy running the place was extremely unpleasant- for some reason they have a phone in the middle of the restaurant that rings all the time but no one answers ( no one at that station ) when we asked to turn it off because clearly they don't manage it we were ignored by him.

The only thing positive was the waiters who were nice and friendly about the whole situation.
