Blue Beach — Restaurant in Tel-Aviv

The fish was raw! It was very hard to cut it with knife and it was raw by taste too! When we asked to make something with it, they said we ate more then a half and they cannot change it. Then I showed the pieces that I spit on my plate. Waiter said okay we cannot cook the same fish because it will be not nice, we will bring a new portion. Great! This is what usually they do in all good cafes.

SURPRISE! After that comes the manager, he says he can only cook the same fish, he takes it from our plate quite rudely and asks if we want our french fries to be cooked again too! What? Everyone knows that french fries can be cooked only once, reheating them the same as deep fried fish will ruin them.

So they took away our fish and NEVER brought it back.

When I worried about my fish i accidentally spilled my coffee all over the table they were ignoring us so I had to clean it by myself. All dinner long noone was cleaning the table, look at my pictures.

By the way we looked up here for reviews of this darn place after they took away our fish. The last review said that they will run after you and scold you if you don’t leave tips, so yes, we paid the 10% tips because we were with kids and we didn’t want to have problems.

We were two couples on a Saturday morning.at Blue restaurant at Tel Baruch Beach.Great location with terrible, rude and unprofessional service. The waiter was very impatient while taking our order.We asked for water several times but the water never arrived. Every simple request from us was met with a disrespectful reply.When the bill arrived, we decided not to give the waiter a tip even though he “demanded” one. The waiter became extremely hostile towards us and was offensive verbally ; He even crossed a “red-line” and wished our family members unsympathetic things. Guests sitting by, tried to intervene and told the waiter that he shouldn’t talk in such a manner but the waiter told them:twice ”Stay out of this and mind your own business ”. When we approached the management regarding this waiter’s revolting behavior towards us, we were met with apathetic eyes, deaf ears and absolutely no reply. Today I came back from the beach. Very hungry, very tired, and wanting to eat. My friend and i tried to order. We ordered something else. While waiting for a long time. The waiter gave us the wrong order. And he was starting to argue with us. (He was also very rude to us in the beginning . ) we wanted our other order but he wouldn’t give it to us. Keep in mind if we were adults they would have treated this situation completely different. There manager just came up to us and took the food away and said leave we are not letting you order. We fully respected their decision. It is a shame to see how this placed that I used to love and tell people to go there is now one of the most rudest place I’ve been.
