I would not have stopped here had I not been hungry and in need of a break, without any alternatives in tens of kilometres around and the Italian motorway tax system punishing you for leaving the toll road. The toilets were alright. There was a variety of more or less drinkable coffee products.

Sadly, none of the meals are freshly made, only getting heated up on demand. The overwhelming rest of the plentiful foodstuffs are also either premade and served cold or industrially made and wrapped in plastic for long shelf laying times.

The concept of having the entire place and all of its products and services under one single brand and management may save costs but really backfires when looking for restaurant standards or even just brands offering the fastfood basics. The best you can do is having the otherwise really friendly staff make you a sandwich to your personal preference. Though I assume, this only to work out when the place is as empty as it was during our stay.

So, best just have a hot beverage for the sakes of it being a hot beverage and attend to the loo before continuing your journey. Autogrills elsewhere are entirelly...

I paid more than what was on the price tags. The cashier did not give me a receipt and overcharged me.

Yesterday, I bought the following items at your store: wine 15€, olive oil 27€, Parmesan cheese 15€, sausage 15-20€, chips 5€, and 4 bottles of water, which should cost a maximum of 5€. According to my calculations, the total should have been 107€ at most. However, I was charged 126.44€ and did not receive a receipt.

Please investigate this issue, impose sanctions on the employee, and return the amount I was overcharged. This incident occurred yesterday, 16.06.2024. I was at your store between 18:10 and 18:40. The checkout where I paid was on the right, if facing the registers. The cashier was a young woman.

I will visit your store again soon. This could happen repeatedly if left unchecked.

In other words, we're talking about approximately 20 euros by which I was overcharged.

До сих пор вопрос не решился!!!! Будьте осторожны, там мошенники!!!2 июля, мы с группой остановились отовариваться в супермаркете, кассир выкладывал с корзины товар ближе к себе, пробивал и когда я оплатила, вернул в корзину не все товары!! Это было сделано умышленно, потому что я ещё какое то время стояла в зале перекладывая товар в сумку с корзины, но я не могла и подумать, что на служебном месте человек так может поступить, а ещё я была озабочена, что мне нужно сходить ещё в туалет и успеть вернуться в свой автобус. Этот негодяй должен быть уволен и наказан, он недооценил меня, он подумал, что я в возрасте женщина и можно со мной так поступить. Я директор крупного учебного дизайн центра в Минске и я не позволю, чтобы меня обманывал какой то негодяй, который не знает, что такое честь, совесть и что есть наказание всевышнего!!! Требую!!! Я не прошу, я требую, чтобы мне компенсировали моральный ущерб, вернули сумму с ЕГО КАРМАНА в десятикратном размере. Этот инцидент может подтвердить вся наша группа 52 человека!! Всех хочу предупредить!!! Проверяйте цену товара с чеком и количество пробитых товаров и которые вам отдали после того как пробили!!! Мне на 102 евро отдали две пачки макарон в подарочных сумочках по 7 евро, две пачки макарон в мешочках, не помню цену, но не думаю , что дороже тех что в сумочках, тубус с перцами 23 евро, сыр и кофе. Это не может стоить 102 евро, а пробито намного больше товара…, я ещё брала литр масла оливкового, мясо, печенье, это он мне не вернул!!!

Oggi, 2 luglio, io e il mio gruppo ci siamo fermati a fare la spesa al supermercato, il cassiere gli ha avvicinato la merce dal cestino, gli ha dato un pugno e quando ho pagato non ha rimesso tutta la merce nel carrello!! Questo è stato fatto deliberatamente, perché sono rimasto per un po 'nell'ingresso, trasferendo la merce dal cestino in una borsa, ma non potevo nemmeno pensare che una persona sul posto di lavoro potesse farlo, ed ero anche preoccupato di aver bisogno andare in bagno e avere il tempo di tornare al tuo autobus. Questo mascalzone dovrebbe essere licenziato e punito, mi ha sottovalutato, pensava che fossi una donna più anziana e che potesse farmi questo. Sono il direttore di un grande centro di progettazione educativa a Minsk e non mi lascerò ingannare da qualche mascalzone che non sa cosa sia l'onore, la coscienza e quale sia la punizione dell'Onnipotente!!! esigo!!! Non chiedo, esigo che mi venga risarcito il danno morale, che la somma restituita dalle SUE TASCA sia dieci volte superiore. Questo incidente può essere confermato da tutto il nostro gruppo...
