I've stayed in so many hotels in the UK, Europe and the USA that I don't normally write a review as they're all usually OK. But this time, Zum Falken has been so amazing that it has caused me to write. As they say, they are a family hotel, and it shows. The rooms were well appointed, cleaned really well on a daily basis; comfortable with excellent window shutters and a brilliant view of the snow covered Dolomites in the distance from the balcony. Dieses Familienhotel hat mehr als 5 Sterne verdient, wir hatten die Suite Seerose mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile und Eßplatz,2 getrennte Schlafmöglichkeiten alles top gepflegt und auf dem neuesten Stand im historischen Teil des Hotels mit einem sehr großen Balkon mit einem traumhafte Ausblick ,es gibt einen tollen Außenpool der beheizt wird mit einer gemütlichen Liegewiese ,das Frühstück ist auch reichhaltig und umfangreich zum Hotel gehört auch ein Restaurant, welches in mehrere landestypische,unterschiedliche Bereiche aufgeteilt ist ,die Küche ist sehr zu empfehlen und abwechslungsreich, draußen befindet sich noch ein sehr gepflegter Biergarten mit einem großen Spielparadies für Kinder das alles wuppt die gesamte Familie Niedermayr die man allesamt noch einmal extra loben muss, immer zur Stelle von morgens zum Frühstück bis abends spät mit einer herzlichen, liebenswerten Art die es wirklich nur noch selten gibt .
