Siegi's — Restaurant in Überetsch-Unterland - Oltradige-Bassa Atesina

Entdeckt schon vor Jahren in einer speziell auf Südtirol begrenzten Zeitschrift. Wohl ein Werk aus Leidenschaft, welches sich leider nicht durchsetzen konnte und in der Folge wurde deren Publikation eingestellt - schade! Siegi's Bistros erfreut sich dagegen nach wie vor großer Beliebtheit. Mittlerweile in vielen Reiseführern lobend erwähnt, ist die aus touristischer Sicht etwas abgeschiedene Lage kein Hindernis mehr. Überhaupt versäumen all diejenigen etwas, die es nicht schaffen von Kalten aus über den Garnellenweg nach Oberplanitzing zu kommen - am besten zu Fuß. Die Aussicht ist grandios und was will der Mensch mehr als nach seinen (begrenzten) Strapazen reichlich belohnt werden. Hier angekommen ist dies möglich. Die Anzahl der Plätze ist allerdings begrenzt und dies ist gut so. Individueller Service gepaart mit einer Küche, die in Südtirol ihre Basis hat, es aber gekonnt versteht, sich internationalen Einflüssen nicht zu verschließen. So entstehen neue Kreationen und dies führt durchaus zu der ein oder anderen positiven Überraschung in der Speisenfolge. Obwohl die Straße sicherlich nicht sehr stark befahren ist, müssen wir trotzdem erwähnen, dass die Aussenplätze direkt daran anschließen. Der Blick auf einen der Dorfbrunnen, die Kirche und die dahinter liegenden Berge ist allerdings sehr schön. Mehr auf turtlesurf eu. ..... Discovered years ago in a magazine specifically limited to South Tyrol. Probably a work of passion, which unfortunately did not catch on and as a result their publication was discontinued - a pity! Siegi's Bistros, on the other hand, continues to enjoy great popularity. Now praised in many travel guides, the somewhat secluded location from a tourist point of view is no longer an obstacle. In general, all those who do not manage to get from Kalten to Oberplanitzing via the Garnellenweg are missing out - preferably on foot. The view is magnificent and what more could a person want than to be richly rewarded after his (limited) exertions. Once here, this is possible. The number of seats is limited, however, and this is a good thing. Individual service paired with a cuisine that has its basis in South Tyrol, but skilfully knows how not to close itself off to international influences. This results in new creations and leads to one or two positive surprises in the menu. Although the street is certainly not very busy, we still have to mention that the outdoor seating is directly adjacent to it. Un’esperienza culinaria autentica e ricercata

Un locale davvero fine, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Fin dall’ingresso si percepisce un’atmosfera familiare e accogliente, merito di una gestione calorosa ma mai invadente. Il design degli interni è elegante e ben studiato, così come l’impiattamento, che mostra una gran cura e ricercatezza. La cucina è il vero punto forte: lo chef, giovane ma con evidente esperienza alle spalle, propone piatti sinceri, equilibrati e ricchi di personalità. Il menù essenziale, con due primi e due secondi tra cui scegliere (oltre gli antipasti ed i dessert), è una scelta vincente: permette di garantire freschezza e preparazioni espresse, difficili da trovare altrove. Il risotto ai funghi è un piccolo capolavoro, cremoso e profumato al punto giusto. La pancia di vitello è saporita e ben bilanciata, accompagnata da verdure croccanti e gustose. Il dessert è la perfetta conclusione del pasto: un affogato artigianale, arricchito con semi di zucca tostati, che regalano una nota sorprendente e raffinata. Ottima anche la selezione di vini, perfettamente abbinata ai piatti. I prezzi? Assolutamente in linea con la qualità e l’esperienza offerta. Oggi ho avuto il piacere di cenare in questo ristorante. Un accogliente ristorante situato un po’ fuori Caldaro sin dall’ingresso l’atmosfera calda e familiare. Il menù offre una varietà di piatti tipici e non lo chef merita un bel dieci.Il servizio è stato impeccabile: il personale era attento e cordiale, senza essere invadente. Christian e’ il valore aggiunto.I prezzi sono assolutamente ragionevoli considerando la qualità del cibo e l'esperienza complessiva. In conclusione, consiglio vivamente il ristorante siegi’s a chiunque sia in cerca di un'autentica esperienza culinaria italiana. Non vedo l'ora di tornare per provare altri piatti del loro...
