Happened upon this lovely hidden gem after my husband and our 18 month old and I had spent the morning hiking and were looking for a lunch spot. It was a Sunday and we hadn't planned ahead and the first place we had tried had an hour wait. We wandered down the road and saw this cozy little stone restaurant with patio seating and they had a table open for lunch. Ich kann Visaisa Foresteria und Taverna nicht empfehlen. Der Besitzer ist unfreundlich und herablassend. Ich wollte Anfang September eine Wanderung vom Mairatal ins Sturatal mit Überschreitung der Grenze nach Frankreich unternehmen. Leider mußte ich diese Wanderung wegen der Covid-19 Reisewarnung für die Provinz Rhone-Alpes kurzfristig absagen. Dies ist ein schwieriges Jahr für alle: Gäste, Reiseveranstalter und Unterkünfte. Normalerweise arrangiert man sich, sodaß die Einbußen für alle erträglich sind. Hotels übertragen die Vorauszahlung auf nächstes Jahr oder erstellen einen Gutschein. Nicht nur, daß Herr Marco bei der Anmeldung zur Übernachtung unzuverlässig gearbeitet hat und ich 3x nachfragen mußte, sondern er weigert sich auch, irgendein Entgegenkommen trotz unverhältnismäßig hoher Vorauszahlung zu zeigen.
