My wife and I ate here last night and I can’t give less than 5 stars in every category. This place has the feel of a family operation and just like every other interaction we had with people in our first day in Sicily, we were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The man who came to take our orders, upon understanding we don’t speak Italian, called a lady (his wife?) and she explained the items on the menu to us. We also have some dietary restrictions and she offered to customize the dishes accordingly. She was very nice and helpful. My wife ate a pasta dish after a caponata starter (which we tried for the first time and loved). I ate gnocchi pistachio and entrecôte (which was the item she customized for me). Everything was delicious and with the taste of the food, with the ambiance, and with the welcoming family environment we had a great time. We will be back.

If you want to try the best steak you ever eat this place is for you! Believe me, if you are in area this place is worth to visit! Tasty food, pasta, salads and especially meat, very nice desserts, no one will leave hungry! High quality vine Quite wide range of drinks assortment. Owner is very friendly and you can see that he is doing his job with passion, the main chef is owners wife and she is always there to help out. The main chef speaks in 3 languages- Italian, English and Polish and she will always find the time in her busy kitchen to speak with her customers. Another positive - amazing view! You can see Etna and the see from the balcony! Just come over and see yourself!

After a long day of climbing Etna we were heading back to Acireale and wanted to find a restaurant for dinner. Based on the ratings and reviews on Google we decided to go to IL TINO du Claudio De Maria. We were the first customers there exactly when it opened. We ordered Pasta Alla Norma - it was delicious, the eggplant and tomato sauce gave a great taste. The pork neck was natural and perfectly cooked. For dessert we ordered cannoli, although it was not on the menu, they offered to make it for us. We highly recommend this restaurant with friendly hosts and delicious food.

Fantastic restaurant, everything here is good!

We has the platter of saloumi (cold cuts) which were of the best quality of platters we had in two weeks of Sicily.

Mix grill as main course which is brought on a hot plate, the meat was fantastic.

After the Mix grill we decided to order another course to share, enteecote with 4 peppers sauce. I love pepper sauce, and this is the best I have ever had. The base is mustard instead of cream which takes it to a whole new level.

Tiramissu was very good as well as the pannacotta.

The owners are very friendly and love their job, the wife is the cook and she cooks with passion, and makes time to have a small talk with you. The husband serves and attends to your needs, also with passion. They wished us a nice return flight and gave us a little...

If only I could give 6 stars.. simply amazing place, food is incredible, owners are the best, nice view from the upper floor, plenty space for parking, there is nothing bad that can be said about this place. We visited here just before going to the airport, we thus had little time and arrived as soon as it opened. Took the 3 course menu, for the both of us. Starts with a whole lot of starters to taste a bit of everything, next course consists of two different pastas and to last course is a hot plate with a mixed grill. Everything we ate here was delicious! You can easily taste everything is freshly made here. Although completely full, we decided to share a tiramisu, we have had a lot of these over the years but this is for sure the best we have ever had. Grazie Mille...
