Restaurant redefines the meaning of terrible service. The staff looked confused, annoyed, and frankly, like they had no idea why they were even there. We were "greeted" with blank stares and then ignored like we were invisible. It took 20 minutes just to get our drinks – maybe they had to go harvest the lemons themselves?

As for food – what a joke. They have dishes proudly listed on the menu, but when we tried to order them, they just said no. No explanation, no apology – just no. If you’re not going to serve what’s on the menu, maybe just hand out a blank piece of paper?

This place shouldn’t even be open. It’s like a parody of a restaurant – disorganized, dysfunctional, and completely uninterested in customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Vi racconto la mia storia, arrivo ad oceano mare verso le 13 e senza pretese chiedo se ci siano lettini ed ombrelloni liberi, ma essendo tardi mi viene risposto che il lido è pieno ma che comunque si può usufruire del resto dei servizi che la struttura offre (anche se io vedevo parecchi lettini ed ombrelloni vuoti) quindi io e la mia ragazza decidiamo di posizionarci nella spiaggia libera adiacente e tra una cosa e l’altra si fanno le 15 meno 20 circa quindi risalgo dalla spiaggia verso il ristorante e sempre SENZA PRETESE chiedo alla cameriera (che in quel momento stava prendendo le ordinazioni ad un tavolo di 6 persone, che, dall’accento mi sembravano del nord) se era possibile sedersi per pranzare e mi viene risposto di si ma che avremmo dovuto fare in fretta perché la cucina stava chiudendo, quindi chiamo la mia fidanzata e mi reco vicino la cassa per leggere il menù, ma vengo bloccato dalla proprietaria che esordisce riferendosi a noi con “ragazzi” quindi è tutto dire (non li dimostro ma ho 30 anni) poi prosegue dicendo “la cucina è chiusa se volete ci sono i panini con il salame” (perché i “ragazzi” mangiano panini con il salame) al che io gli faccio notare che i 6 signori seduti al tavolo avevano appena ordinato e quindi mi sembrava strano che la cucina fosse chiusa, ma la signora rimane ferma sulla sua posizione e fa finta di non capire a che tavolo mi stessi riferendo e dicendo che non era possibile che avessero ordinato! Morale della favola quando sono riuscito a far capire alla signora proprietaria quale era il tavolo che aveva appena ordinato lei mi risponde dicendo che quelli erano suoi clienti affezionati! Great location. It had been recommended to us by our host and we were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately the service was not flash, like another reviewer we felt like they just cared about their regulars, also they only read the bill to us which wasn’t much use given it was all in Italian and we obviously didn’t speak Italian.
