Bravo Chef Carolina and father Reneé, her mother and her sisters who have put so much passion into this restaurant, their winemaking and olive oil production. Our meal was a delicious testament to the best of Liguria and its food traditions. We started off in the garden of their in next door to do a tasting of their award-winning wines, then next door to be seated at this stunningly designed osteria.
We started off with Ligurian seafood preparations and then pasta, which was outstanding. Herb filled ravioli in walnut sauce. I ordered Cime for my Secondi, it is a traditional Ligurian beef that is fork tender. My friends had ossobucco and rabbit. Dessert was home made ice creams and a tart rating. We finished with a local Amaro.
