We went for dinner on a Saturday evening. We felt a very warm welcome. We ate home made fresh food of excellent quality (especially the risotto and the pasta). We drank a very good quality wine (impressive selection of wine) and we had the best deserts in our 5 day stay in Como! Considering the area I wouldn't say it is the most expensive. Ci sono stata a pranzo con mia madre, il cibo di per sé era anche buono e i proprietari abbastanza gentili e disponibili ma francamente non mi è ben chiaro come vengono gestiti i prezzi, perché abbiamo pagato ben 50 EURO e mi chiedo ancora per cosa. Mia madre ha ordinato un carpaccio di carne e io un primo, un piatto di pasta con la barbabietola (essendo vegetariana era l'unica scelta disponibile). Poi mi è stato portato, ma senza che l'avessi ordinato, un piatto con letteralmente tre fette di melanzana arrostite e una specie di maionese al centro. Da bere una bottiglia d'acqua. Com'è possibile un conto da 50 euro? Fare i furbetti con chi non è del luogo non mi sembra un buon modo per attrarre nuovi clienti, e soprattutto la gente non è stupida.
